Refund & Return Policy

The Fragrance Store (TFS)

At The Fragrance Store (TFS), customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy.


No Returns or Exchanges

  • All perfumes are decanted on demand into 5ml or 15ml bottles.
  • Once decanted, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, fragrance preference, or dissatisfaction after delivery.

Exceptions (Eligible for Refund or Replacement)

Refunds or replacements may be offered only if:

  • You receive the wrong product
  • The item is damaged or leaking upon delivery

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund/replacement requests after review.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personal dislike of fragrance
  • Slight variations in scent performance
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit (at our discretion).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
